  • You realise that an emotional issue is affecting you
  • You often feel anxious, on edge or worried and can’t seem to contain these feelings
  • You often feel low in mood, sad, empty, worthless and/or hopeless
  • You experience anger and when you do, you might act impulsively and do or say things that you later regret
  • To cope with difficult emotions, you find yourself using unhelpful coping strategies that may cause more harm to you in the long term
  • You have trouble making and/or maintaining meaningful relationships or you are repeatedly drawn to partners who you feel are not good for your psychological health and wellbeing and you want to understand why
  • You experience behaviours that others or you would describe as self-destructive, addictive or out of control
  • You feel that you need more support than is available to you in your current daily life
  • You do not feel listened to, validated or heard.
  • You want to understand the impact of your childhood experiences on your current adult life
  • You would like psychological assessment or psychological therapy for yourself or for a loved one.
